Indoor Cycling

6 to 6:45 p.m.

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.

Yoga

5:15 to 6 p.m.

This is a gentle, calming, and mind body awareness yoga practice. All levels are welcome for a relaxing, soothing and stress relieving experience.

Wednesday

HIIT

5 to 5:45 p.m. and 6:30 to 7:15 p.m.

Using your body weight, this class will challenge you by alternating between intense bursts of activity and periods of rest.
