The primary mission of Campus Planning, Design and Construction (CPD&C) is to oversee and manage the development of UConn Health’s campus physical environment in support of the University’s goals in education, research and patient care.

Our department’s mission is reflected in these interrelated goals:

• Manage the Bioscience Connecticut and all UConn Health construction to assure the projects are
  delivered on schedule and on budget;
• Provide accurate and complete space data that enables the appropriate utilization and management of all campus space;
• Develop projects with design and project management approaches that foster creative and forward thinking solutions;
• Manage project budgets and schedules to achieve results in a cost effective and expedient manner.
