The Spring 2024 State of Connecticut CEUI Technical Course registration is taking registrations until Thursday, February 28, 2024.

This program is offered in the Spring and Fall in support of the professional growth and development of members of the Connecticut Employees Union Independent, CEUI. The courses are offered by the Connecticut Community College System in partnership with CEUI. Our UConn Health workforce has access to a multitude of courses. Opportunities include:

Please read all the following information prior to requesting a seat.        

1. Review Course Availability

2. Choose a course that best fits your professional or job skill development needs.

3. Seek support and/or approval from your supervisor before registering for a course.

4. Register for a course using the Online Registration Form.

  • When you submit the form, you will receive an email copy of your form along with additional information.
  • Human Resources facilitates member registrations for the CEUI In-service training program coordinator and cannot guarantee a seat in any course.
  • Human Resources will email course confirmation notices to applicants. It is the responsibility of the applicant and manager to keep track of the courses and their dates, times, and locations as HR does not maintain these lists.
  • Complete any additional community college registrations upon receipt of course confirmation.
  • If you have not received a course confirmation notice from Human Resources, please contact Etta Henderson at ehenderson@uchc.edu.

5. Prepare for Attending the Course

  • For Online Courses: Ensure you receive course log-in information from the instructor at least 24 hours before the start of the course. Contact the instructor directly if you still need to receive the course log-in information.
  • For On-Campus Courses: Ensure you receive course information from the instructor at least 24 hours before the start of the course. Contact the instructor directly to ensure the course has not been canceled. contact the community college directly if you are still trying to reach the instructor.
  • In the Case of Inclement Weather: Contact the instructor directly to ensure the course has not been canceled. contact the community college directly for information if you cannot reach the instructor.
