You may report compliance concerns to:

UConn Health, in alignment with federal requirements, requires the reporting of known or suspected compliance and/or privacy concerns. Actual or suspected privacy incidents must be reported immediately. If you know or believe a violation of an individual's privacy rights occurred, an information system has been compromised, or if you require clarification on acceptable privacy practices contact ohcp@uchc.edu or 860-679-6060. You can also download the Privacy Incident Report. Your UConn NetID and password are required.
