Important Notice Regarding IRC Section 179D Deduction Allocations

In the interest of promoting sustainability in construction and economic development, the University will consider allocating its Section 179D deductions to qualifying designers pursuant to the process outlined in the attached document. Any designer that believes that they may be eligible for a deduction allocation, must apply to the University using the provided application form. The University will evaluate the information provided in this application and, in the University’s sole discretion, determine whether the applicant is eligible to receive a full or partial deduction allocation. The University incurs administrative costs in processing applications and allocation forms. As such, the University will assess an administrative processing fee prior to issuing a final allocation letter to any qualifying applicant. The University reserves the right to adjust the administrative processing fee at any time.
