The UConn Health Employee Ambassador Program are employee volunteers who actively contribute to a positive work culture by representing and promoting UConn Health’s values and mission. Ambassadors strive to enhance communication, support a healthy and safe culture, and foster a sense of community within the university.
This program benefits both the ambassadors through professional development and recognition in the organization by creating a cohesive and engaged workforce.

Eligibility
The requirements of this role include:
- Completion of your working test period
- Permission from your reporting manager
While you will be continuously campaigning as an Ambassador, the time requirements of this role will include monthly sessions to discuss and support engagement in campus programs, services, and events.
Expectations and Responsibilities
As an Ambassador, your role will consist of:
- Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for new and existing employees.
- Serve as a bridge between employees and leadership, ensuring that employee voices are heard.
- Share positive experiences and success stories to inspire and motivate colleagues.
- Help organize and participate in events and initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being.
